Guardians and Support must attend one of the two training sessions. Other guardian training is Tuesday 9/17/2024 at 6:30pm
Flight 57 - Pre-Flight Briefing
October 13, 2024 (Sunday)
2pm - 4pm | Frontiers of Flight Museum
Pre-Flight Briefing is mandatory for all Veterans and Guardians. Friends and family are encouraged / welcome to attend. Light refreshments will also be provided.
Flight 57 - Departure to DC
October 18, 2024 (Friday)
Veterans & Guardians arrive by 8:30am | Dallas Love Field
Everyone is to arrive at airport between 8:00am and 8:30am
- Veterans can be dropped off at the “Curbside Check-In” area.
- There will be HFDFW folks there to direct to our staging area.
- Your driver can park in airport garages or at Parking Spot 2.
8:30am-9:15am Receive ticket, tag luggage, and receive final mission briefing, enjoy kolaches, donuts and coffee.
Flight #1079 departing for DCA 10:30am with arrival at 2:20pm
Flight 57 - Arrival into Dallas
October 19, 2024 (Saturday)
Arrival into Dallas Love Field 10:15pm | Dallas Love Field
Flight #4296 departs BWI at 7:55pm arriving at Dallas Love Field at 10:15pm
- We will exit at the Love Landing (2nd level of airport).
- Family and friends can meet you at the Love Landing
