September 13, 2024 @ Veterans and Guardians arrive by 8 am
Everyone is to arrive at airport between 7:30am and 8:00am.
- Veterans can be dropped off at the “Curbside Check-In” area.
- There will be HFDFW folks there to direct to our staging area.
- Your driver can park in airport garages or at Parking Spot 2.
8:00am-8:45am Receive ticket, tag luggage, and receive final mission briefing, enjoy kolaches, donuts and coffee.
Flight #120 departing for DCA 10:05am with arrival at 2:00pm
